The Route Detail
Located in Strathcona Provincial Park. This trail follows the Elk River valley through beautiful old-growth forest. It leads to Landslide Lake and offers stunning views of Mount Colonel Foster. The trail is well-maintained but can be muddy in the spring. Roughly 11km one way to the lake. Parking is available at the trailhead off Highway 28.
